Statistical Yearbooks for Córdoba´s Education Ministry

The yearbooks gather information and analysis that contribute to understanding the structure and functioning of Córdoba´s educational system. The Ministry was interested in sharing the statistical content they produce. For this purpose, they asked me to develop a visual proposal, give structure, and generate a reading line for the complex data published by the Statistics and Educational Information dependency.
My work then consisted of developing a narrative and proposing a hierarchy structure that would include different levels of approach, to make the reading more enjoyable and dynamic.
I proposed to generate different blocks of content, that would accompany the data, such as analysis, synthesis, graphics, and highlights to bring the material closer to a more diverse audience.
Color
To differentiate the educational levels, I used a different color palette for each chapter.
Typography
Only open-source typefaces were used for the collection.
Open Sans for headlines for its good readability and simplicity
Cambria for body text for good readability and aesthetics in small sizes.
Lora, being a modern serif, generates contrast and dynamism along with the other two fonts. Due to its balanced and memorable appearance, it was accurate for highlights.
